Shipping policy
Once you place an order for products through the Site, it is our practice to send an email confirmation to the email address you provide. Be advised that the confirmation email only confirms our receipt of your order. Any confirmation email we generate does not constitute Our acceptance of your order or in any way warrant that the product is currently available. While we endeavor to fulfill all Orders when placed, we reserve the right to limit or cancel an order at any time after receipt of a confirmation email. We also may require additional information and/or verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or shipment of any order.
After we accept your Order, we will ship the product to the shipping address You provide to Us through the Site, provided the shipping address is compliant with any restrictions detailed on the Site. You will receive a confirmation email upon shipment of your order. Risk of loss and title for products in your Order pass to you upon delivery to the carrier and any claims for lost or damaged shipments must be pursued through the carrier. We disclaim any and all liability for any shipment delays regardless of the cause.
Local Pick Up: We also offer local pick up at our brick and mortar storefront in Los Angeles, CA. If you are picking up locally, we will send you a separate email once your order is available.
If ordering more than one item, it is possible that they will arrive in separate packages. We cannot combine shipping for multiple orders at this time.
All sales are final. Items purchased through this website cannot be exchanged or returned.
PRODUCT CONDITION, RETURNS, AND CUSTOMER CONDUCT
All sales through Revenge Of are final. Products, including but not limited to comic books, collectibles, and accessories, are sold as-is with no guarantee of specific grade, condition, or mint status unless explicitly stated. Minor imperfections such as slight corner wear, spine ticks, or surface scuffs are considered normal due to standard industry handling, distribution, and shipping processes. Items will not be eligible for return or exchange based on such minor wear.
If notable or significant damage is identified prior to shipment, we will contact the customer before fulfilling the order to offer an alternative or cancellation.
We do not accept returns or exchanges after shipment. We reserve the right to determine condition and damage at our discretion based on standard grading tolerances.
CUSTOMER CONDUCT:
Revenge Of maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for hostile, abusive, or threatening behavior toward our staff—including via email, phone, or in-person. This includes profanity, harassment, personal insults, or threats of public retaliation (e.g. “review bombing”).
Customers who violate this policy may have their accounts permanently closed and be prohibited from placing future orders.
